INNOVATE - Design-to-Fit Solution : The Situation...While working with a project management and consulting firm, one of the managing partners approached me about a major project he’d been working on, which was nearing completion. The project included the move-in of nearly 3,000 employees into a new location after a recent new building construction and required “a mechanism” to track any possible move issues, such as missing or broken chairs, incorrect phone numbers, misplaced furniture or a myriad of other issues which may come up as a result of a large scale corporate move.
